Essential Scripps Apps

1. PowerMic mobile - Use for doing Dragon dictations from your phone.  Here are setup instructions. Use the QR code on the right for iOS setup after downloading the app. 

2. Epic Haiku - Go to Settings > Haiku on iPhone. In the connection settings, the Server is haiku.scrippshealth.org and the Path is mobile

3. Authenticate - Used for two-factor authentication for controlled medications. Here are setup instructions on the Scripps Intranet.

4. First Line – Gives recs on antibiotics for common conditions based on the resistance antibiogram for Scripps.

Third Party Apps

1. Doximity – You can configure it with the Scripps phone number so that you can protect your personal phone number. If you configure it on your work and personal phones, Doximity will launch automatically when you click a phone number in Epic to call a patient.

2. About Herbs – Produced by MSK in NYC and will tell you how different supplements a patient takes might interact with chemo.

3. Cartox – MD Anderson product that provides grading guidelines for CAR-T toxicity.

4. Physicians' Cancer Chemotherapy Drug Manual - Provides on-demand information about common chemotherapy regimens.
